  What we ordered was good and the service was decent. It didn't affect us but we did overhear them telling others that their grill is broken so nothing grilled and they were out of popcorn shrimp. They really need to do something with their ceiling as there is a lot of water stains and mold.

  I love this place but one of the managers ruins the experience every time. She's a little white lady with reddish brown hair and a pinched face. She
  constantly harassed the cashiers and the line cook while they were already doing their jobs perfectly.
  
  One customer came in and asked that her food be cooked fresh and the manager replied in such a snarky manner, "that's the only way I can make it," while rolling her eyes. Everyone waiting was shocked at her rude behavior as well as her stingy manner with the food. Whenever she works, I get less than half the food I should.
  
  It's a disgrace that anyone should have to listen to her or work with her. I truly feel for those poor people working under her.
  
  I'll be back for the food and the wonderful service, but I'll definitely walk out if I see her face there.

  Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes before you receive your order. Service is extremely slow, No matter if you go inside or through the drive-througn. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what? I only have a 30 minute lunch and I  have spent 20 minutes waiting for my order.

  I walked in here for the first time ever bc it was late and i was hungry. It was exactly 10 mins before they closed. I walked in and instantly the female in the kitchen started talking to the other cook saying well dont have this and that. We could hear her on the other side. She seemed pissed And i asked the lady at the register to tell us what food they had available and the lady started screaming well catfish or fried shrimp but they have to wait a really long time. Then she screamed well why the f*** do they walk in here 10 minutes before we close she went on ranting and walking around the kitchen. If she would of said that they stopped serving food it would of been fine but she decided to be nasty and rude for no reason so we just walked out And left

  This is your typical Captain D's. The inside has been remodeled and is clean with new bench seats and tables. Service is pretty quick. The food is what you would expect, fried fast food seafood. The fish was hot and good, the shrimp were on the smaller side. It is easy to get into located right off of Rivers Ave and has plenty of parking.
